Back Up Lights for Chevy GMC Suburban, Tahoe, Yukon and Yukon XL, 2002 to 2006

There are 2 different options for White Night reverse light setups for the Hummer H 2
with a Factory Hitch.

The first setup is our under hitch mount which allows full use of the hitch for towing. If you want to use the reverse lights while towing you will need to use light unit Part # 4196 and under hitch installation kit Part # 4159.

The second setup is our 2" Insert light unit Part # 4198. This light unit has a 2" stainless steel tube insert mount that slides into the 2" receiver hitch and is secured with a hitch pin ( pin not included). This light unit will need to be removed from the hitch when towing by removing the hitch pin and unplugging the wiring harness.

This light unit is to be used with Part # 4159 under hitch installation kit. This light kit will allow the full use of the hitch.

Part # 4159 Hummer H2 Under Hitch Installation Kit. This installation kit is used with our Part # 4196 light unit and mounts to the rear skid plate mounting bolts with no drilling involved. Mounts the light unit up against the rear valance panel. Allows full use of the hitch for towing. Can use our Part # 4149 PLUG N GO wiring adapter for a simple installation without having to do any wire splicing.

Part # 4149 PLUG N GO adapter
This adapter can be used for installation of the White Night light unit without having to do any wire splicing. It inserts into a vehicle's 7- pin trailer wiring plug and has a 3-wire pigtail that plugs up to the light unit. This adapter has a flip up lid and socket for full 7- pin trailer hookup.

Part # 4198 2" Insert Mount light unit
This light unit has a 2" stainless steel tube mount that is inserted into the vehicle's 2" receiver hitch and secured with a hitch pin. This light unit can be used on applications where towing is not a priority as it will have to be removed from the hitch whenever the hitch is used for towing.

Part # 4196 Step Bumper Mount Light Unit
This light unit is to be used on vehicles that have a step type rear bumper and do not have a receiver type hitch under the bumper. The light unit mounts to the bottom of the step type bumper and can be attached by using a trailer ball or by bolting to the bumper.

Aftermarket Hitch Applications

   
       
 

Our Fixed Mount light unit, Part # 4199 will fit most aftermarket hitches. As there are may different designs of hitches it is hard for us to list each one. In order for the light unit to fit there must be between 3/4" and 1" of clearance between the top of the hitch tube and the bottom of the bumper. The light dimensions are 4" tall x 4" deep x 15-1/2" long.
