This unit is designed to be used with the smaller 1-1/4" receiver type trailer hitches. It uses a 1-1/4" stainless steel tube mount that slides into the hitch receiver and is secured with a common 1/2" hitch pin (pin not included). There are 6 pin holes in the mount to allow adjustment in and out of the receiver. The mount also allows adjustment up and down to enable mounting the unit as close to the bottom of the bumper as possible. There is a wiring disconnect to allow removal of the light unit for use of the hitch receiver for towing.

NOTE: All light units have a 3 position toggle switch on the back which allows for 3 modes of operation. In one position the light unit is automatically activated when the vehicle is placed in reverse. Center position is off. The 3rd position allows manual operation.
